Made For More!
To Grow. To Lead. To Inspire.
The Made For More Youth Leadership Summit equips emerging youth leaders through workshops and career exposure that prepare scholars to excel in school, the workforce, and leadership roles. Rooted in the understanding that every scholar is made for more and created with purpose for a purpose, the summit sparks hope and direction for both students and their families.

We seek to remind students that they are more than their circumstances, more than what they've been told, and more than they can even imagine right now!
Our Youth Need Us
Here's why we do what we do:
  • Building Leadership Skills
We help teens develop confidence, communication skills and decision-making skills that prepare them for college, careers and life challenges. Strong leadership empowers them to positively influence their peers and communities while building resilience and independence.
  • Increase Belonging and Connection
About 73% of teens aged 16-24 struggle with loneliness which increases risks for depression, anxiety, and substance use. We know that strong relationships provide support, build resilience, and create communities where teens feel valued and understood.
  • Workforce Development
Early exposure to diverse career clusters helps teens discover their passions, make informed educational choices, and develop relevant skills. Understanding various career paths increases opportunities, reduces uncertainty, and prepares them to enter the workforce confidently and competitively.
